What should I do if I’ve lost my ticket or confirmation email?

If you’ve misplaced your confirmation email or ticket, don’t worry—you can easily retrieve it using our Order Lookup Tool.

To access your booking:

  • Enter the email address and phone number used during purchase

Once retrieved, you can either print your ticket or simply show it on your mobile device at the entrance for faster entry.
