If the cardholder will not be present at the time of ticket collection, the person collecting the tickets must bring a signed letter of authorization from the cardholder.
The letter should include:
“I, [name of cardholder], authorize [name of person collecting tickets] to collect the tickets from order number [booking reference], paid for using my card ending in [last 4 digits of card].”
At the time of collection, the person must present:
- The original signed letter of authorization
- The booking confirmation number
- A valid photo ID
