Yes! For many ticket types, we offer a print-at-home option, and your tickets will be emailed to you after purchase.
For the fastest and most convenient entry, we recommend showing your e-tickets directly from your mobile device—just present the barcode at the entrance for scanning. No need to print!
Please note:
- Some ticket types, such as combination tickets, may need to be collected on the day of your visit.
- If you haven’t received your tickets by email, don’t worry—you can still collect them from our admissions team by providing your booking reference number, photo ID, and the payment card used at purchase.
