Unfortunately, we are unable to change the name on an existing booking.
If the person named on the booking will not be attending, they can authorize someone else to collect the tickets by providing a signed letter of authorization. The letter must include:
“I, [name of cardholder], authorize [name of person collecting tickets] to collect the tickets from order number [booking reference], paid for using my card ending in [last 4 digits of card].”
The person collecting the tickets must bring:
- The signed letter of authorization
- A valid photo ID
If your plans change and you need to reschedule your visit, you may be able to do so via the My Account Portal, using your order number and email address.
