However, if your plans change, you may be able to reschedule your visit for another date within 12 months of your original purchase.
To change your visit date:
- Log in to the My Account Portal using your order confirmation number and email address
- Click the ‘Booking Portal’ link
- Select ‘Modify’ next to your ticket
- Choose a new available date
