All ticket purchases for The Orlando Eye are final—no refunds or exchanges are permitted.
However, if your plans change, you may be able to reschedule your visit for another date (within 12 months of purchase), depending on your ticket type.
To change your visit date:
- Log in to the My Account Portal
- Enter your order confirmation number and email address
- Select ‘Modify’ next to your ticket to view available dates and make changes
