If you’ve lost something during your visit, we’re here to help you find it! Please email our Guest Services team at OrlandoGuestServices@merlinentertainments.biz with the following details to help us locate your item more quickly:
- 📅 Date of your visit
- 🕒 Approximate time you were at the attraction
- 📍 Where you think you may have lost the item
- 👜 A detailed description of the lost item (color, brand, size, etc.)
- 📞 Your contact information so we can reach you with updates
Our team will check our lost and found records and get back to you as soon as possible.
Found items are held for a maximum of 30 days
Anyone wishing to claim property at the lost and found area must provide a detailed description of the item, proof of ownership and valid ID or a Driver's License.
