While there is typically a queue to board The Orlando Eye, we understand that some guests may have difficulty standing for extended periods or may not understand the concept of queuing. In these cases, we offer an assisted boarding service.

👥 If you're visiting with a larger group that includes non-disabled guests, only the guest requiring assistance and one companion may be accommodated through assisted boarding. The rest of the group may be asked to queue and rejoin near the boarding platform.
