Booking a school visit is easy and must be done online through our secure School Booking Portal. Here’s what you need to know:
✅ Booking Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 students is required to qualify for school group pricing.
- Reservations must be made at least 14 days in advance.
- Payment is due at the time of booking using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover).
- Group tickets are timed and dated—please arrive on time, as tickets expire at the scheduled time.
- Proof of school or organization affiliation must be shown at check-in to confirm eligibility for discounted rates.
🎟️ Important Notes:
- Additional tickets cannot be added to your original reservation after purchase. We recommend booking for the maximum number of attendees expected.
- If you need fewer tickets than originally booked, contact our Group Sales Department at least 48 hours in advance for a partial refund.
- Walk-up groups without a reservation are not guaranteed entry and will be charged the standard group rate.
- You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before your visit.
