To board The Orlando Eye, there will be an element of queuing, however for those who are unable to stand for longer periods of time or do not understand the concept of queuing can have our assisted boarding service.

In the event you have several non-disabled guests with you, we may not be able to assist the whole group and may be asked to wait near the boarding platform entrance until the rest of your group reaches you in the queue.
