Your safety is our top priority. In the event of inclement weather, such as lightning storms, The Orlando Eye will temporarily pause operations. Our lightning detection system monitors conditions closely, and if needed, we will stop boarding and safely cycle out any guests already on the ride.
🎟️ Good news: If your visit is affected by a weather-related closure, your ticket remains valid for 30 days. You’re welcome to return at any time within that window to enjoy your flight.
