The safety of our guests and team is our top priority. In the event of inclement weather, The Orlando Eye may temporarily close. Our lightning detection system monitors conditions closely, and if necessary, we will pause boarding and safely cycle out any guests already on the wheel.
If your visit is affected:
- Your ticket will remain valid for 30 days from the date of your original visit
- You’re welcome to return any time within that 30-day window to enjoy your flight

- Your visit date
- The reason you’re unable to return
- Your booking confirmation number (if available)
