If the person named on the booking supplies valid I.D such as a passport, document, driving license etc. then there will be no problem when collecting tickets.
If the card holder is not attending on the day, they will need to write a signed letter of authorisation to the named person collecting the tickets, including the below details:
“I *name of card holder* authorise *name of person collecting tickets* to collect the tickets from order number *booking reference* paid for by my card *last 4 digits of credit card used*.
The named person collecting the tickets will also need to bring valid photo ID along with the signed letter.
